Fitness Instructor required

We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Fitness Instructor.We are seeking applications from qualified instructors with a minimum of 2 years experience of working in a busy gym teaching classes and providing quality gym programmes and gym supervision. Opening dates and protocols

Dear Members

We are adhering to the guidelines to implement the framework for safe return to leisure operations.The Club will re-open on a phased basis with various new protocols and measures to ensure a safe environment for staff and members.The first measure is that all access to the club will be on a pre- booked basis only.Max 1hr stay per day.The booking will be specific to an area ie: gym, pool or class with no cross over between areas on the same visit.All members will be required to complete a self declaration Covid 19 questionnaire before they use the club. This will be issued in advance of bookings going live.

PHASE 1- Week commencing 29th JunePitches will re-open from Tuesday 30th @ 2pm.No changing rooms available initiallyDeclaration and compliance forms will be confirmed before any bookings.

PHASE 2- Week commencing 6th JulyGym and classes re-openInitially there will be no changing facilities.You will be required to arrive at your booked time (1hr slot)ready to train, you must swipe in, sanitize your hands and proceed to the area booked.A one way system with floor markings will direct you to various areas.You must have a towel and bring your own water bottle.Guidelines on equipment usage will be clearly marked in the gym and clearly indicated by staff during classes.Exit the club via directional flow via the back door to return to main carpark and exit the DVI campus thereafter.Please note, swipe in will not be activated unless Declaration form has been completed.

PHASE 3 Pool re-opening with changing village available for pool bookings only. There will be 2 members per lane for each booking, 6 lanes available. Bookings will be on a half hour basis with 1 hr max booking allowed. ( 2 half hour slot’s)

Sauna and Steam-room will not be open initially.

Aqua classes will be scheduled, no swim lanes available when Aqua is in progress.

Kids Pool will have max 1 family booking per half hour session. ( 2 adults and 2 children)

The booking system will be live 2 days in advance of bookings.There will be certain times booked out throughout the day for full sanitisation of the club.Cleaning and sanitization measures will also be in place throughout your visit.

Membership update during Covid-19

Dear Members,

As we are now closed we will be suspending all memberships, therefore no time or money will be lost during closure.

We will not be responding individually to emails / phone calls during this time as we have a lot of work to do behind closed doors.

Dear Members,

Due to the escalating situation with Covid-19, Inspire Fitness Centre has made the difficult decision to temporarily close the club with effect from 6pm on 16th March 2020 until further notice.

Best wishes to all our members, staff and facility users during this difficult time.

In accordance with Goverment advice, we would ask members returning from Spain or Italy not to visit the club after their return.

Please do not attend the club if you have any Flu like symptoms.

While Inspire fitness centre remains open for business,

Any member wishing to suspend their membership can do so by emailing us at info@ifcc.ie and we can organise this, otherwise memberships will remain active.

In addition to increasing cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and surface areas, introducing hand sanitizer dispenser at the club entrance , we have decided to take further precautionary measures to ensure members safety.

We are suspending our Cardiac Rehabilitation classes , clinical health ,falls prevention classes from close of business this evening 12th March until further notice.

All school swim lessons have been suspended and inspire academy lessons will be suspended from close of business on Friday 13th March until schools re-open

While the rest of the club and classes remain open we ask members to adhere to public health advice regarding washing hands,

Please carry a sports towel while training ,please wipe down equipment with sanitizer and blue roll provided
